As founder and broker for Sugar Realty, Inc., I have found real purpose and satisfaction assisting and
directing my customers in their pursuit of buying and selling property. As a native Floridian, I am intrigued by the wide scope of property that I am privileged to market. From developing new construction, planned communities, or selling a piece of Florida’s unspoiled history in pasture or agricultural settings. I experience a wide range of challenges that makes every day exciting.
Even in today’s volatile market, I am determined to help every customer, from the first time buyer to the mega-investor to achieve their dreams. After all, is real estate not an avenue we all can use! It is my desire to lead Sugar Realty in those pursuits.

Samuel was born in Orlando, FL and is a 4th generation Floridian. He has been married to Luan since 1991 and together they have two beautiful daughters named Lisa and Susan. Samuel enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, tennis and most all outdoor activities.
Sam graduated from Florida Southern College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He attends the First United Methodist Church. Moving to Hendry County in 1988, Sam worked in citrus production for 18 years. He was a certified crop adviser.
In 2004, he left the citrus business and became a full time Realtor. With his extensive background in agriculture and land management, he adds experience and balance to a great team at Sugar Realty.

As the first born daughter to Luan and Sam Walker, Lisa has returned to her home town to join the family business after graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics. She is passionate about her community and is actively involved in the local Rotary organization, Hendry/Glades Leadership program, and city government.
Her hobbies include boating on Lake Okeechobee and growing orchids with her father.

LeLani Hare's journey into real estate and entrepreneurship was rooted in her family's business, Harelumber & Ready Mix, in Clewiston, Florida. Growing up in this tight-knit community, she learned valuable lessons in business from her dedicated father and grandparents, LeRoy and Sandra Hare. Furthermore, LeLani's mother, Maria Green, has also been involved in the real estate industry for 15 years.
Following her family's entrepreneurial spirit, LeLani majored in Entrepreneurship at Florida Gulf Coast University. Narlene moved to this great town of Clewiston in 2010 to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law and her beautiful grandchildren.
Seven months after making Clewiston her home Narlene met, Dewey, also a new comer to Hendry County. They lived in Clewiston from 2010 till 2020. Narlene and Dewey now reside in Savannah, Ga
Narlene’s background and career experience in property management was the perfect fit for Sugar Realty’s rental division. Prior to re-location, she managed over 1700 rental units in South Florida. It is amazing the value, knowledge and professionalism she has brought to our company.
Narlene is now our remote Executive Assistant to CEO, Luan Walker and helping with all aspects of Sugar Realty.
