As founder and broker for Sugar Realty, Inc., I have found real purpose and satisfaction assisting and
directing my customers in their pursuit of buying and selling property. As a native Floridian, I am intrigued by the wide scope of property that I am privileged to market. From developing new construction, planned communities, or selling a piece of Florida’s unspoiled history in pasture or agricultural settings. I experience a wide range of challenges that makes every day exciting.

Samuel was born in Orlando, FL and is a 4th generation Floridian. He has been married to Luan since 1991 and together they have two beautiful daughters named Lisa and Susan. Samuel enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, tennis and most all outdoor activities.
​
Sam graduated from Florida Southern College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He attends the First United Methodist Church. Moving to Hendry County in 1988, Sam worked in citrus production for 18 years. He was a certified crop adviser.
​
In 2004, he left the citrus business and became a full time Realtor. With his extensive background in agriculture and land management, he adds experience and balance to a great team at Sugar Realty.

As the first born daughter to Luan and Sam Walker, Lisa has returned to her home town to join the family business after graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics. She is passionate about her community and is actively involved in the local Rotary organization, Hendry/Glades Leadership program, and city government.

Her hobbies include boating on Lake Okeechobee and growing orchids with her father.

After 13 years of being a surgeon in Clewiston, and a passion in Real Estate for 40 years, Leonard has found his place at Sugar Realty Inc. He has a deep interest and experience in Commercial Real Estate, especially for investment opportunities. He is also an active member of the local Rotary Club.

LeLani Hare's journey into real estate and entrepreneurship was rooted in her family's business, Harelumber & Ready Mix, in Clewiston, Florida. Growing up in this tight-knit community, she learned valuable lessons in business from her dedicated father and grandparents, LeRoy and Sandra Hare. Furthermore, LeLani's mother, Maria Green, has also been involved in the real estate industry for 15 years.
Following her family's entrepreneurial spirit, LeLani majored in Entrepreneurship at Florida Gulf Coast University. She also joined Sugar Realty, where her natural talent for building relationships and providing exceptional service quickly set her apart. Above all, LeLani values honesty in her work.

Jason is a native of Florida and grew up in America's Sweetest Town, Clewiston. After leaving Clewiston to pursue his career and passion for Aviation he has come full circle back around to Clewiston with a local Aviation business and a new passion for real estate and investment opportunities with Sugar Realty, Inc.

Narlene moved to this great town of Clewiston in 2010 to be closer to her only daughter, Jen, her son-in-law Mike and her beautiful grandchildren, Mallory and Jimmy.
​
Seven months after making Clewiston her home Narlene met, Dewey, also a new comer to Hendry County. Since meeting, they both have settled in as if they have lived here all their lives. In November of 2012 they were married. When not working, you will find them enjoying the great outdoors of Lake Okeechobee, being with friends and family or working on their home.
Narlene’s background and career experience in property management was the perfect fit for Sugar Realty’s rental division. Prior to re-location, she managed over 1700 rental units in South Florida. It is amazing the value, knowledge and professionalism she has brought to our company.
